Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

All watches and jewelry are carefully packaged and may require insurance, identity verification, and an adult signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if any shipping information is incorrect.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and AAA Jewelers is not responsible for carrier delays.

Orders placed through Shopify, the Shop app, or Shop Pay remain subject to AAA Jewelers’ shipping, refund, and return policies. Shop Pay is a third-party checkout and payment service governed by Shopify’s applicable terms. Shop Pay Installments, when available, is provided through Affirm and is subject to eligibility and separate financing terms.
